Reversible Woven-Silver Art Jewelry (Pendant or Earrings)

CLASS DESCRIPTION  Learn to work with powdered metal that has been mixed with an organic binder and water to create a clay-like form.  For this project we will use a clay that remains somewhat flexible, and thus weave-able, even after it has “dried” out!  You will weave strips and strings of this fabulous “metal clay” material to create a unique, reversible piece of sterling silver (.960) art jewelry:  either a pendant or a pair of earrings — your choice!

PLEASE NOTE:  Pieces will be fired after class, and available for pick-up at Artsmiths one week later.
